The USGBC has released an in-depth analysis on the role US built environment assets play in the Inflation Reduction Act.
The Inflation Reduction Act passed by the U.S. Senate on 9 August 2022 will drive massive reductions in Green House Gas (GHG) and energy costs of homes and buildings across the U.S.
It will transform markets from sweeping tax incentives and rebates to investments in better building codes and improvements to public buildings. We are proud to have helped advocate for many of these policies in recent years.
